Kidnapping Rumors

There is a rumor going around that someone was kidnapped.  Well, we are here to tell you that it was a false alarm, and everybody got home safely.  Some Madison students saw what they thought was a problem, so they called Kim.  The school called the police and the police talked to the kids that saw something suspicious.  The school sent out a message to all the Madison families to make sure everyone got home safe… and everybody did!

Influenza

The stomach flu is going around the school.  When you get the stomach flu, you have to stay home from school.  And that kind of day off isn’t much fun.  So if you’re worried about getting the stomach flu, no need to fear, 5 Live! News is here!

To prevent getting the stomach flu, make sure you wash your hands often, especially if you touch something that isn’t clean.  And when you sneeze, use a tissue, and cough into your elbow, not your hand.  Germs can get on your hands and make you sick when you touch your eyes, mouth, or nose.

The stomach flu has another name, . . .but we aren’t saying it!  So remember to stay healthy!
